  • When will my order ship?

    Akora aims to ship out your order as quickly as possible. Purchased items will be shipped in less than three business days most of the time. We ship packages out Saturday through Thursday. If an item is pre-ordered we will ship the product out when we receive it. For multiple items (with one being pre-ordered) we will group them together and ship them out together.

  • Do you offer free shipping?

    YES! We offer Free Shipping in Sweden for order value above SEK 499. And sometimes we offer Free Shipping depending on specific products.

  • How much does shipping cost?

    Standard Shipping (2 - 5 business days*): SEK 59
    *Estimated timeframe from when the package is dropped in mail and based on our best estimates. Time Frame is not guaranteed during holidays.

  • Do you ship internationally?

    Of course! We ship world-wide to most countries in the world. Packages typically take anywhere from 7-31 business days to arrive. Customs can hold up a package for a number of days which can cause delays.

  • How much does international shipping cost?

  • How do I track my order?

    We are currently making adjustments with our courier partners, for this particular reason you are kindly requested to contact by Email support@akora.se(or using the contact form in our website) with your order number and we will get back to you within 24 hours.

  • What currency do you charge in?

    Our website is programmed to show you the local currency of the country you are visiting us from. However the last step in your checkout process will be in SEK.

  • Taxes, duties, and custom fees?

    Due to the complexity of international laws and taxes, we do not include those fees in orders. You are responsible for any local customs and duties on your order if they occur. We are required by law to disclose the full value of the package contents and cannot alter this value. If an order is refused, then you are responsible for the original shipping expenses, as well as any additional duties, fees, customs or taxes incurred in shipping.

  • Returns, Exchange & Refund?

    RETURNS
    12 DAYS WORLDWIDE RETURN POLICY If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please email us within 12 days of receipt.

    We will not be able to accept requests for returns after 12 days. We gladly accept returns within 12 days of receipt.
    To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
    To start a return, you can contact us at Support@akora.se. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

    EXCHANGES
    The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Please email us at support@akora.se with your order details and we will provide the return address. This is to ensure that we will take note of your return.

    Refunds
    We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
